ISPT was looking for an idea with cut-through when it asked us to re position 363 George St as part of a renewed leasing campaign.

Given concerns the CBD building had lost its premium perception, we focused the message on its outward looking location at Sydney’s central axis – and created a digital app, provided to prospects ‘floating’ as a USB in a clear membrane container.

As part of a highly targeted leasing campaign, the app was fully-customisable with built-in CMS. ISPT leased the available space with a new anchor tenant.
