The Success

All 22 apartments were sold within the first half hour of the opening day

This new residential development had everything going for it – a location in the heart of Bourke St in Surry Hills, excellent architectural credentials and bespoke finishes. But it had no brand, online presence or marketing collateral just seven weeks before release.

That’s where we came in. We quickly encouraged pre-registration with marketing suite collateral, website and advertising – project managing every step and working with the architect, developer and agent (CBRE) to bring their vision to life.

On opening day, all 22 apartments sold within the first half hour, before it opened to the public – with prices escalating rapidly as demand showed no sign of waning. Impact meets imagination
