Up to 4 hours – normal rate $150/hr billed in 30 minute increments
4 hour support pack – discounted rate billed at $576 + GST. You save $24
8 hour support pack – discounted rate billed at $1056 + GST. You save $144

Task Turn Around Time

Currently tasks are typically actioned within 1-4 business days. We follow a first come, first served priority model, meaning tasks that were submitted yesterday take a priority over new tasks submitted today.

By the nature of technical tasks, there are many variables outside of our control such as…

  • Time it takes for you to respond to our questions
  • Bugs with software platforms
  • Waiting for 3rd parties to provide information or answers
  • Load of tasks currently being experienced by our team.

We understand there are times when a task is urgent and offer a “drop everything” rate of $160 per hour to accommodate your needs.

How Support Economy Packs Work

This service is very straightforward and perfect for businesses with irregular updates. You purchase website support ‘credits’ upfront in hourly chunks.

Each time you make a support request we will let you know how many minutes it will take, and upon completion of each task, we will update your credit total and let you know what your remaining balance is.

The credits last for 12 months from the date of purchase, so whether you have a few quiet months or a busy few, you don’t need to worry with our economy support packs.

Option 2: Monthly Retainer

If you require ongoing digital marketing support, this is our most economical option. For as little as $213 a week, your business will receive expert tech and design support.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment is due on the first of each month.

CANCELLATION 
We’ll be sad to see you go and would love the chance to help you get more value out of our services before you go, but if you truly think cancelling is the right decision you can cancel at any time by simply contacting us at admin@kadocreative.com.

**PLEASE NOTE: 
Account cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We offer one-on-one customised training sessions in WordPress to help you run your online business like a pro. Let us know what you need and we’ll train you via a webinar session. Of course, we can come to you should you prefer – extra travel costs may apply. (Prices exclude GST.)
