With 96 different promotional products for its franchisees, Thrifty was experiencing major cost and logistics issues. Despite using a third party provider, a Thrifty staff member spent four days a week chasing couriers and suppliers. So they asked us to find a solution – one that would cut costs, improve franchisee service and manage brand consistency across the range.

We launched a custom online ordering portal for franchisees, managed production for all products and warehoused the range on behalf of Thrifty. Our internal facilities now handle all print and manufacturing, giving us tight control over brand application and faster turn-around. We also produce quarterly reports, review quantity projections and reduced wastage.

As part of a highly targeted leasing campaign, the app was fully-customisable with built-in CMS. ISPT leased the available space with a new anchor tenant.

As a result, we cut order turn around time from two weeks to two days, and Thrifty no longer needed an in-house staff member to manage it all.
